1. Our Goal
This website is designed and built to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We review and improve the site against that standard on an ongoing basis.
2. Measures in Place
- Every page sets the correct language attribute and uses a properly ordered heading structure.
- A "Skip to main content" link lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation.
- All interactive elements can be operated by keyboard and show a clearly visible focus outline.
- Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background; large text and interface components meet at least 3:1.
- Color is never the only way information is conveyed. Links are also underlined.
- All images have alternative text, and purely decorative elements are marked as decorative.
- Every form field has an associated label.
- Semantic landmark regions (navigation, main content, footer) help assistive technology map the page.
- The layout supports text zoom up to 200% and works on phones, tablets and desktops.
- The system "reduce motion" preference is respected.
3. Known Limitations
The form and booking features on this site are powered by a third-party platform. We have adjusted the labels and helper text we control, but some behavior of those components is determined by the platform. If you run into a barrier while using them, email us and we will help you complete the process by email instead.

5. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review these items whenever the site is updated and make changes based on the feedback we receive.
